The Challenge we had?
Online portal Dawakosh.com displays Alternative Medicines, Remedies and offers online consultations to patients reporting health problems. The website was created to serve as an extensive listing of all 'Alternative Medicines' on the market. Navigation was very easy since medicines were arranged by Ailments, Categories, Brands, or Types of Medicines.Still to be addressed are the list of products, the ease of navigation, and the purchasing concept. Using the 'Consult Our Experts' section of the web portal, a buyer could consult an expert live by paying a fee.
Introducing the Resolution
Based on the project requirements, the designers developed a theme design that displayed the medicine and required information in a clean, easy-to-navigate manner.Registered buyers can save remedies in their accounts for future reference and read more administrators can post remedies and images in the 'Remedies' section of the website.
I was faced with a major challenge when creating the 'Consult our Experts' section. The client requested that a category be chosen by the buyer before a consultation could begin. In order to begin, he would need to provide his information and submit a consultation fee. An admin also has the option of enrolling consultants and specifying their expertise. An expert will be assigned to the booked consultation and a meeting will be scheduled by the admin.
